Wanted to Analyze Stardust Samples

A new NASA Research Announcement
solicits proposals for the Stardust
mission, scheduled to return dust samples from
Comet P/Wild-2 to Earth in January 2006. NASA
is establishing a Stardust Participating Scientists
program to allow scientists with expertise in
sample analysis to participate as members of the
Stardust Science Team in the initial analysis
during the Preliminary Examination Period. Notices
of Intent to Propose are due November 3, 2004,
and proposals are due January 7, 2005.
